Teaching Experience

• Current: Graduate Teaching Assistant, Voice Area, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
• Teach weekly individual applied voice lessons to undergraduate music-major students
• Lead and teach studio classes
• Prepare students for junior and senior voice recitals
• Organize required studio recitals
• Private Studio: Teaching since 2015 in Beijing, China and Urbana, IL
• Successfully prepared students for choir, high school, university, and summer program auditions

I believe in developing each student's unique voice through personalized instruction. My approach combines:

• Technical foundation in breath support, vocal production, and healthy singing
• Musical interpretation and expression
• Repertoire development tailored to individual goals
• Performance preparation and confidence building

• Classical art song (German Lieder, French Mélodie, Italian songs)

Lessons

Lessons are available in-person in Urbana, Illinois, and online via video conferencing. I offer both weekly lessons and flexible scheduling to accommodate students' needs.
